Assisting Hands Berea was formed out of the need for empathetic and responsible at home care for both seniors and disabled persons. As we have expanded and broadened our services to serve more people’s needs in our communities, we are now able to add support services and VA assistance to veterans or their surviving spouses. We deliver veterans’ home care and veterans’ healthcare to those individuals who meet the following service requirements:
- Wartime Service (or widow of wartime veteran)
- Served at least 90 days of actual active duty
- Served at least one day during a war period
- Honorable discharge
