Briana noticed a change in attitude and behavior in my Uncle Sabino. During their walk to called me immediately, to be picked up be vehicle, due to his behavior. Sabino was feeling lethargic had slurry speech and unable to continue his walk. He was brought immediately inside and sat on a chair. Briana was updating me on Sabino’s condition, when Sabino stood up and fell. Briana assisted me in picking up my uncle and automatically began checking vitals as I called the VA hotline. Advices by the VA to take him into the emergency, Briana had all vitals written on a paper with times of all incidents, for me to take to the hospital. Briana assisted me in putting Sabino in the vehicle and getting all appropriate items to take. We were very blessed that Briana noticed the changes in Sabino and took immediate action from the beginning.<\/div>

Twyla has been absolutely amazing working with my sister with moderate Alzheimer’s and severe Aphasia. Twyla is on time, energetic, positive, and compassionate. She alerts me to any concerning issues and provides other feedback that helps me navigate the present and prepare for the near future. My sister warmed up to Twyla very quickly and looks forward to her company. I have gone through several poor and mediocre caregivers which is extremely stressful for both myself and my sister. Twyla is an example of what a top caregiver should be.<\/div>

Communicates well with me with any questions about my mom she may have. If I ask her to do something for my mom like making sure she drinks water, take her for a walk, do little activities with her, she does it! Good memory of names I or mom has given to her of people in moms life. When I ask my mom about Twyla, mom says she’s so nice and enjoys her company.<\/div>

Khris is an excellent caregiver, especially for a person with multiple sclerosis such as myself. I have trouble with ambulation and fine motor skills. She is CNA-certified and has much experience in the field. She helps me with dressing, bathing, shampooing, diaper changes, and transfers to\/from wheelchair to bed and vice-versa, using the Hoyer lift. She is intuitive and understands my needs often sooner than I ask her for help. She also helps with daily household tasks, meal preparation and doing the laundry. I highly recommend her in this capacity.<\/div>
