Assisting Hands is proud to announce that Kris J. is our Caregiver Champion for January! Kris came to Assisting Hands right out of the Army, with a big heart but very little experience. Since then, she has learned an amazing amount, including personal care such as showering and helping clients put on compression stockings. She has also learned some valuable life skills that will help her with clients and in her own life, like cooking and menu planning skills. Kris has an amazing work ethic – she is always willing to help out by picking up shifts and digging into learning new skills.
