We are thrilled to announce Sydney B. as our Caregiver Champion for the month of July! Sydney may be young, but she brings a wealth of experience caring for family members. This summer she has taken on a number of challenging clients and has shown poise and grace beyond her years.

Sydney was struggling with a client recently and reached out for help. She was willing to learn and make adjustments, and that resulted in her really blossoming as a caregiver. Her relationship with that client has improved dramatically, as has the client’s condition and mood.

Sydney is heading back to nursing school this fall, but will continue to work with clients on a reduced schedule. She has told us she is willing to step up and fill in if needed. We appreciate her work, her flexibility, and her dedication and will support her in her education as much as we can.
