Assisting Hands is happy to announce that Isabel R. is our Caregiver Champion for April!  Isabel took on the challenge of our first Medicaid client last month and has helped us identify many unusual aspects we hadn’t been expecting.  Medicaid is more difficult to deal with from an administrative perspective than our private pay clients because of the threat of fraud.  Caregivers shouldn’t have to worry about the administrative side – we want them focused on providing excellent care for our clients.  Isabel continues to receive rave reviews from the client while still working with the office to make sure all the billing bugs are worked out.

Plus, she does it all with a smile!  Assisting Hands is so thankful to have found Isabel – she has a big heart and we’re continuing to discover her hidden talents.
