Last Saturday, Assisting Hands welcomed Lisa Anderson from Edward Jones as part of our monthly Lunch and Learn series. Lisa brought a huge amount of information on retirement and financial planning in general. Her message was “you don’t have to have a lot of money to invest and plan for the future!” We discussed various retirement scenarios and the options available. We also discussed insurance, banking, estate planning, and much more. You might think that sounds boring, but Lisa is funny, engaging, and deeply knowledgeable so a great time was had by all!
