I wanted to show off my new vehicle decal on this gorgeous day! Since Sydney (my trusty Outback) is my office for many hours during the week, I figured I should deck her out with a little Assisting Hands swag.
\nBut playing \u201cSpot Phil on the Road\u201d isn\u2019t the only reason to get outside! The Washington Post<\/a> notes that a recent study showed that spending time in nature \u2013 even as little as two hours a week\u2026 seems to support healthy aging and has been associated with, among other things, improved cognitive function, blood pressure, mental health and sleep\u2026 nature may also help protect against the risk of developing certain neurodegenerative disorders.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m a cyclist and hiker myself, but it doesn\u2019t matter how you do it. Walk, ride, skate, or stroll! It\u2019s beautiful out here 300 days a year, let\u2019s take advantage and do something good for our health.<\/p>\n
