The Assisting Hands national organization recognized the work we do and the innovations we introduced to let our caregivers know how much they mean to us. From being early adopters of Care Heroes and Blink to the creative appreciation gifts we distribute monthly, we put a lot of thought into how to recognize and reward our people. This award is a big deal and it means so much to me and Vanessa as owners. To be the best office out of 93 nationwide at appreciating our caregivers is tremendous!<\/p>\n

\"\"In other news, I was honored to speak on a panel discussion at our company conference last week. I was thrilled to join a strong lineup of owners discussing best practices and new ideas. My focus on the panel was talking about the value of creating and following processes. We have documented process documents for most of the things that go on every day in the office.
