Allie is our Recruiter, an active Caregiver, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience on many subjects. At this event, she shared techniques on avoiding burnout, which is definitely an occupational hazard in our industry. We also discussed and practiced the NVC (Non-Violent Communication) technique, which helps us set boundaries without blaming or criticizing.
