This milestone reflects an important step forward as the agency prepares to expand services to the veteran community across the greater Cleveland and Westlake region.<\/p>\n<p>The agency is currently completing the final credentialing process required to begin actively working with VA referred clients and billing through VA programs. This final stage is expected to take approximately one additional month. During this time, the team is focused on strengthening veteran specific care procedures, completing staff training, and preparing scheduling systems.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThis approval means the world to us.
