Caregiver Form:

Here’s the rundown of how you can apply to be a Caregiver, what information we will need, and why we would require this info.

• City Located: Here, we highly suggest that you let us know about this info. This is so we can pair you up with the right client in that area. Check Google Maps to see what large areas are near you.
• HCA: Suggested as well – however, we understanding if you do not have one. At Assisting Hands, we will help you at every step of the way to get the HCA.
• Times: This will help us determine again how we will pair you up with the right client. Availability is a major point at Assisting Hands YL, so be sure to have 4 hour slots at least twice a week for work shifts.
• Prior Experience: Any would help! Whether it be caring for some family members, watching kids or others, any experience will help. We also have some of our own certifications, which can be done over the month at home, to help you prepare for this.
• Language: We are especially looking for those able to speak Chinese or Vietnamese, as most of our clients speak these languages. As we build out in our areas of operation, we will be in more demand for these kinds of speakers.
