the elderly, disabled, and ill of all ages assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Some of these ADLs consist of fall prevention care, medication reminders, incontenance care, physical therapy exercises, meal prepping, light housekeeping, hospital discharges, Alzheimer\/dementia care, hospice support, companionship, and much more.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h2><strong>Caregiver Licensing and Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Our caregivers all have the <strong>Home Care Aide (HCA) license<\/strong>\u00a0through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdss.ca.gov\/inforesources\/community-care\/home-care-services\">California Department of Social Services (CDSS)<\/a>.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Our caregivers successfully pass extensive background checks through the <a href=\"https:\/\/guardian.dss.ca.gov\/Applicant\/\">CDSS Guardian system<\/a>.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Our caregivers are fully insured and bonded through the agency as a W2 employee.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Our caregivers are trained and certified in CPR and First Aid.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Our caregivers are tuberculosis (TB) test cleared.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Our caregivers are Covid vaccinated and boosted.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Our caregivers come with extensive experience with the elderly and special needs.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Our caregivers additionally undergo extensive online and on-the-job
