Another key point is the importance to acknowledge the way you engage with different generations.<\/p>\n<p>For example, the training assists you how to interact with those that have issues with hearing, dementia and those with special needs.<\/p>\n<p>The training ensures that our caregivers are well-equipped to offer high quality and personalized care. In addition, we will always make sure our caregivers are up to date with their training in order to provide a safer environment.<\/p>\n<p>Our employees are instructed to always follow the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hhs.gov\/hipaa\/for-professionals\/index.html\">HIPPA<\/a> law. This ensures that our clients health information is properly protected and secured.
