Nampa, ID –Assisting Hands employees closed out 2020 with praise and admiration from CEO Lane Kofoed for their quality care and growth. While the pandemic required changes in day-to-day operation, there was increased demand and need for in-home care. Assisting Hands experienced tremendous growth last year to meet this demand, adding 14 franchises for a total of 162 franchise territories, 16 area developments, 72 offices around the county, and new franchise owners in 7 states.
During a difficult and unpredictable year, the Assisting Hands National Marketing Director, Cate Foster calls Assisting Hands “recession-resistant”. Technology became an essential part of keeping the team connecting and creating new content for audiences. The company successfully developed new commercials, a jingle, updated websites, and social media platforms.
Along with tremendous growth, Assisting Hands was able to offer promotions to multiple employees. Andrew Dahle was promoted to Director of Franchising and Technology for his exemplary handling of technology during 2020. When asked about the coming year Tyler Moss, who manages taxes, audits, budgets and compliance, now the Director of Finance and Accounting said, “Assisting Hands franchisees have had to adapt to ever-changing regulations but have been innovative in creating new revenue streams. We are optimistic about positive growth for this coming year.”
