First Wisconsin Territory Awarded - Assisting Hands - Franchise

First Wisconsin Territory Awarded

NAMPA, Idaho (April 4, 2016) – Assisting Hands Home Care today announced a new franchise location in Menomonee Falls, the first in the state of Wisconsin. Manpreet Kaur was awarded Assisting Hands of Menomonee Falls franchise earlier this month.

Kaur will serve families in Milwaukee, Brookfield, Sussex, Mequon, Lannon, Pewaukee, Germantown, and Elm Grove, Wisconsin.

“I was researching top 10 franchises when I came across Assisting Hands,” said Kaur. “I knew I wanted something that helped seniors because of the demand now and in the future. It’s a smart investment—it’s practically recession-proof.”

In addition to the “recession-proof” nature of the job, Kaur was attracted to Assisting Hands for the company culture and flexibility it provided her. Kaur is a volunteer principal at the Parochial school in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

“I felt that the other franchises I looked into are too rigid,” said Kaur. “With Assisting Hands, I don’t feel like I’m a money machine for the company—they’re successful when I’m successful. There’s no minimum monthly royalty fee, and the structure gives me control of my own life. The other Assisting Hands owners always mean what they say and are working together to help each other.”

Kaur was a solution architect for more than a decade in the healthcare industry with a post-graduate degree in applied sciences from the University of Maryland.

“We are delighted to expand into Wisconsin, and I’m confident that Manpreet will be successful based on her long history of caring for others and business acumen,” said Lane Kofoed, president and CEO of Assisting Hands Home Care. “Assisting Hands franchise sales have grown 33 percent in the past year, so it’s clear that Assisting Hands in on a positive trajectory.”

Assisting Hands of Menomonee Falls is located at 7434 N. Lannon Rd., Lannon, Wisconsin 53046. For more information visit assistinghands.com/menomonee or call 262-721-1155.
