Assisting Hands Home Care National Office Personnel Changes

NAMPA, Idaho (January 10, 2017)  — The national office of Assisting Hands Home Care today announced Tyler Moss has been hired as Accounting Manager, and Andrew Dahle has been promoted to Franchise Manager, a newly created position that spearheads numerous activities in support of the national office as well as franchise owners.

As franchise manager, Dahle will focus on improving the company’s systems and processes. He administers AHHC’s mapping software, as well as the soon-to-launch IFX franchise management software, including building out the CRM, sales and royalty module, document repository, directory, and new training module, “Assisting Hands University.” He also manages franchise agreements, franchise renewals, franchise disclosure documents, annual meetings and franchise expo events.

“I enjoy improving processes and creating more efficiencies,” said Dahle, who came to AHHC as an executive assistant in August 2016.  “When time is saved, stress is reduced, errors are minimized, and the national team can spend more time helping franchisees focus on building their businesses.”

As accounting manager, Moss is responsible for maintaining Assisting Hands’ financial health.  His specific duties include strategic planning, managing franchise owners’ financial reporting, processing payments between franchisor and franchise owners and ensuring compliance of all financial reports. 

“I hope to bring in some financial budgeting and forecasting,” said Moss. “This will help us be more efficient with some of our accounting and financial processes, and hopefully, help franchisees if they start to look like they are struggling.”

Both men received their bachelor’s degrees from Brigham Young University – Idaho. Dahle attends Northwest Nazarene University in Idaho, where he expects to receive his master’s in business administration next year.  Moss received his master’s in accountancy at Boise State University.
