NAMPA, Idaho (December 19, 2017) — Assisting Hands Home Care announced new franchise owner Robin Elario has taken ownership of Assisting Hands of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Elario was awarded Assisting Hands of Menomonee Falls in June of 2017 and the office celebrated a ribbon cutting on December 5.
Elario was working as a business broker when Assisting Hands was presented to her by a coworker, and she took a personal interest in the opportunity.
Like many Assisting Hands franchise owners, Elario had a personal connection to caregiving that inspired her to look into the opportunity. When her grandmother became ill and needed round-the-clock care, she was admitted to a nursing home.
“We put her in a home and she passed quickly,” said Elario. “If we had known about an in-home option, I believe she would have lived longer.”
Elario sees the business potential of a caregiving franchise as the baby boomer generation ages and presents a need for home care and assistance.
In July, Elario moved the business to its new office at 210 Regency Court, Suite L103 in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Since then, Elario joined the Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce, who celebrated the business opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Elario looks forward to growing the business and meeting the families served by her office. She places great importance on the caregivers that will represent Assisting Hands Menomonee Falls.
“The caregivers are the ones who make or break the business,” said Elario. “I see the value in getting the very best that we can.”
“Robin brings value to Assisting Hands with her experience, business background, and desire to serve the aging and disabled populations in Menomonee Falls, “ said Lane Kofoed, president and CEO of Assisting Hands. “We are glad to welcome her to our family of those caring for others in need.”
Assisting Hands of Menomonee Falls will continue serving Waukesha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Washington Counties.
