As Chief Operations Officer, Andrew focuses on improving the company\u2019s systems and processes and oversees the internal operations budget. He oversees the internal\u00a0operations of franchising and coordinates all franchise development marketing efforts.<\/p>\n

He manages multiple employees who offer franchisee support and technology training and oversees the mapping software used to create franchise territories. Andrew ensures company compliance and manages franchise agreements, franchise renewals and updating the Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document. He is also the committee chair for the annual franchisee training convention.<\/p>\n

Andrew received a Master\u2019s in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University and a Bachelor\u2019s in Business Management from Brigham Young University-Idaho.<\/p>\n
