This took place at the 2023 annual educational retreat hosted by the national Assisting Hands Home Care team. This event, attended by over 200 franchises, is a celebration of the dedication, hard work, and outstanding achievements of top franchisees across the nation.

Top Producer Award: A Milestone Achievement

One of the significant accolades we received this year is the Top Producer Award. This recognition is awarded to franchises that have reached an impressive revenue milestone of $1 million. Achieving this milestone is a testament to our team’s relentless efforts, exceptional service delivery, and the trust our clients place in us. Our growth is a reflection of the community’s need for quality home care and our commitment to meeting and exceeding those expectations.

Veteran Advocate Award: A Heartfelt Honor

The Veteran Advocate Award is especially meaningful to us. Itt acknowledges our unwavering commitment to advocating for local veterans. At Assisting Hands Rockford, we have a deep-seated passion for supporting those who have served our country. Our efforts go beyond mere recognition; we actively engage in educating veterans about available services and benefits, assisting them in filling out eligibility paperwork, and even tracking down DD214 paperwork that the VA can’t locate.

Our advocacy extends to connecting veterans with local Veteran Service Officers to determine further assistance, including service connection and pension benefits. Additionally, we help veterans access food programs and personal care items, ensuring they have the essentials they need for a comfortable life. This award underscores our dedication to making a tangible difference in the lives of our veterans, reflecting our profound respect and gratitude for their service.
