Community Care is designed for residents who need short, task-based visits rather than traditional hourly home care. Because our caregivers are already serving multiple residents within the same community, the cost is shared, making services more affordable while still providing personalized, one-on-one care.
Community Care services may include:
- Medication reminders
- Morning and evening routines
- Shower assistance
- Meal preparation
- Wellness checks
- Laundry and light housekeeping
- Pet care
- Companionship
- Other short daily tasks
