This approach ensures residents receive the personalized assistance they need, when they need it, while maintaining their independence and comfort in their own home environment.

In this model, one caregiver is assigned to support multiple residents within the same senior community or building. Instead of spending an entire shift with just one individual, the caregiver provides personalized care in scheduled time blocks throughout the day.

Each client receives a minimum of 30 minutes of care, with the option to schedule one-hour time blocks based on their specific needs. This approach ensures efficient, focused support while allowing residents to maintain their independence with just the right amount of help.
