Introducing Our QA Team: Enhancing Quality, Communication, and Care

We would like to formally introduce our Quality Assurance team!

Our QA (Quality Assurance) team at Assisting Hands Home Care Cave Creek is here to support our clients, families, and caregivers while ensuring the highest quality of care across our services. This team is comprised of Feather, our Field Supervisor, and Pita, our Care Manager. Together, they play a key role in maintaining consistency, communication, and excellence in the care we provide.

Feather works closely with our caregivers in the field to ensure every visit runs smoothly. She conducts introductory visits, supports caregiver training, assists with new client onboarding, and helps keep care plans up to date. Her presence allows us to address concerns early, provide hands-on support, and make sure care is delivered exactly as intended.

Pita focuses on the systems and coordination that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She develops and improves internal processes, maintains ongoing communication with clients, families, and caregivers, and ensures care plans remain accurate and responsive to changing needs. Her work helps ensure that the care being provided continues to meet our five-star standards.

We’re excited to enhance communication, oversight, and support through this new QA initiative, and we look forward to the positive impact it will have on both our clients and our care team.
