Andy Kesti – Owner
Andy, along with his wife and business partner Kelly, launched their Assisting Hands Home Care franchise in 2022 after he spent 20+ years as a leader in the financial services industry. His focus is to build and maintain a business model and environment where his office team and caregivers can deliver the best care possible to their clients. He accomplishes this by maintaining an empathetic point of view towards everyone he encounters. Serving community members who are in need has always been important to Andy, as exemplified by his previous service on both the board of directors at his church and at Down Syndrome Network AZ. Being an owner of an Assisting Hands franchise gives him an opportunity to expand the positive impact he can have on others.
Kelly Kesti, RN – Owner
Kelly, along with her husband Andy and their family, made Cave Creek, AZ their home 12 years ago. Kelly has worked as a Registered Nurse since 2006, along with caring for her 8 children, two of them special blessings with Down Syndrome. Her compassionate nature combined with life experiences creates an owner and Director of Client Services committed to providing a supportive and caring environment for both clients and caregivers of Assisting Hands Home Care – Cave Creek.
Pita V. – Care Manager
Pita has been with Assisting Hands as a scheduler since 2023. Previously, she worked as a scheduler in a variety of different healthcare and healthcare settings for over 6 years. She originally found her passion scheduling at the hospital and hasn’t left the field since! In the past she’s scheduled surgeries ranging from broken bones to heart transplants, but has found the most joy in helping the elderly.
If she’s not spending time with her family, you can find her at spring training or a baseball game.
Jessica C. – Scheduling Manager
Jessica has been a caregiver for over 11 years. She originally started caregiving when she was in high school while living in Hawaii. She moved to Arizona in 2020 and started caregiving with Assisting Hands Home Care – Cave Creek in January of 2023. Since working as a caregiver with Assisting Hands, she quickly moved into on-call weekend scheduling, and from there to working in the office as the Scheduling Manager.
Abby K. – Office Support
Abby has spent the last decade of her life in face-to-face customer service positions, as well as providing respite and habilitation care for her two younger siblings who have Down Syndrome. She started working at Assisting Hands in 2022 with her parents, Andy and Kelly, to help them open up the doors.
Outside of work she enjoys traveling to different countries, meeting new people, hanging out with her dog, and eating lots of good food!
Kristin R – Marketing Manager
Kristin has been with our team since mid-2024, working diligently as a Marketing Manager and liaison with our supportive partners to ensure that clients and caregivers receive the support and education they need. With a background in client services, she is passionate about fostering strong relationships within the community.
When she’s not at work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring the US through travel, visiting farmers markets, and creating beautiful glass art.
Antoinae B. – Weekend Scheduler
Caregiving was Antoinae’s first job, and over 12 years later it remains the foundation of her career. She brings compassion, reliability, and strong organizational skills to weekend scheduling, helping families experience smoother days.
