Introducing Our Scheduling Team: Connecting Clients, Caregivers, and Care

We would like to formally introduce our Scheduling team!

Our Scheduling team at Assisting Hands Home Care Cave Creek plays a vital role in supporting our clients, families, and caregivers by ensuring care is scheduled accurately and consistently. This team is comprised of Jessica, our weekday scheduler (Monday -Friday), and Antoinae, who supports scheduling needs on weekends (Saturday – Sunday). Together, they help keep care running smoothly every day of the week.

Jessica and Antoinae are often the first point of contact when it comes to day to day scheduling needs. They create initial care schedules once services are ready to begin, coordinate ongoing scheduling needs, and work quickly to find coverage when change to schedules or shifts arise. Their responsiveness, organization, and creativity with problem solving are central to our ability to provide reliable, high-quality care.

We’re grateful for the dedication, communication, and attention to detail that our Scheduling team brings to their work. Their efforts are essential to keeping our services reliable and our care experience positive for everyone involved.
