We thank Assisting Hands Home Care for finding 24/7 assistance for our mother in less than 24 hours. They stepped up and supported us assuring our mother was in great hands. All of their caregivers have been great but Shirone has gone above and beyond assuring that when our mother’s NP visits her apartment, she was right there assuring that mom got the medical coverage she needed. Thank you

Our family has used Assisting Hands Home Care for my 98 y/o father since 2024. Their care givers provide excellent service, and are very punctual. Especially dad’s favorite CG, Sandy. She cooks dad his favorite breakfast almost every day, and helps with his laundry and bed service. He actually looks forward to her visits. Also, the Office Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating with vacation and holiday requests for additional care. Jessica has been instrumental in helping with the rare call out, and providing last minute care during some of dad’s hospital visits. A huge help. We are thankful for the local service to Cave Creek, and would recommend AHHC 10/10 times for anyone looking for excellent, personalized, in home elder care.

I was given 1 day (yes, only 24 hours) to find a full time, 24/7 caregiver. The hospital gave a list with a few options but there was either no availability or they didn't fit our needs. Assisting Hands Cave Creek was recommended to me by one of the places that had no availability.
When I called Assisting Hands, and spoke with Andy, I felt like I had found a unicorn! Not only did he tell me he could have staff on site the next day, the caregivers he sent were AMAZING!
We have a team of Amazing women that rotate shifts. Katie, Brooklyn, Jessica have been WONDERFUL, talk about above and beyond, they wrote the book! The others that have filled in shifts have also been great)! I don't know that we would have ever found the level of care and compassion at any of the other options I tried.
The management team at Assisting Hands regularly checks in to see how things are going and if we need anything else that they can assist with. They also keep a great notes of how things go on each shift. Assisting Hands Home Care is just the best!

Assisting Hands is helping me take care of my Mom from a distance. Teresa has gone above and beyond to help me to assist in getting her to her church twice a month! I truly believe Assisted Hands is the most incredible caring team that was ever created. I have been there to witness their dedication to caring for seniors and their families, their staff. Andy is the owner and he is so professional, I have such a great respect for him, he’s always so busy working, trying so hard to help others, always ready to be someone’s hero if he is ever needed. Kelly is his wife and she’s truly the most genuine and kindest person that I’ve ever met in my entire life, always dedicating herself to others, she pays attention to every detail, making sure that everyones needs are met. Abby is always smiling when I walk in, she is their amazing daughter, she’s is so compassionate, always on top of everything at that office. She is never too busy to lend a caring ear to help others. Pita and Jessica are also so amazing, they work in the office and are so sweet and helpful, they’re always ready to work in the field if ever needed, helping everyone with so much kindness. So do bring your family and friends here to Assisting Hands because they are simply the best!!!!

For over a year Darrell was a caregiver/companion for my husband who suffers with Alzheimer’s. He was dependable, kind and patient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the agency.

Hi would highly recommend Assisting Hands. Assisting Hands has helped us manage all the things from a different coast for our elderly Aunt. Everything from med management, hospice, nurse visits, doctors and even groceries and more! Thank to Pita for going the extra mile with absolute professionalism. Pita has arranged many caregivers that are doting, patient and give loving care to our Aunt. My family’s experience with Assisting Hands Home Care has been excellent under the supervision of staff lead Pita Velasquez. Truly a 5-star company. Under Pita’s guidance, the Assisting Hands caregivers created a daily routine for our elderly parents that is a perfect fit for their needs, including bringing simple games that help with dementia, going on lunch outings to meet old friends, going to hair and nail salons, even a trip to the butterfly museum! Pita coordinates and takes part in monthly hospice phone assessments, she makes appointments with our family doctor (for example when there was concern for a UTI), the list goes on. Pita took the time to get to know our family dynamics — she has her team email us weekly care notes so those of us out-of-state can stay in the loop. Pita has consistently guided us through end-of-life realities that we had no experience in, and we are deeply grateful for her care. Thank you to the entire staff at Assisting Hands for your dedication to making this final phase of our parent’s journey peaceful, safe, and filled with loveStephanie M.
