We live 1,000 miles away from our loved one who is on her journey with Alzheimer's. Assisting Hands staff has provided her the care she needs to stay in her "little house in Texas", near her friends. Our experience with management and front line staff has been stellar. Communication to us from 1,000 miles away, keeping us informed: providing caring concerns, observations and insight on her condition on both "good days" & "challenging days" has given us the confidence we made the right decision for our loved one. I highly recommend using this agency! The owner, Kim, is in this field for the RIGHT reasons. She has a personal story to why she started this agency.
