Assisting Hands is our second company for caregivers. They have been extremely supportive and helpful and make sure we are pleased.

We live 1,000 miles away from our loved one who is on her journey with Alzheimer's. Assisting Hands staff has provided her the care she needs to stay in her "little house in Texas", near her friends. Our experience with management and front line staff has been stellar. Communication to us from 1,000 miles away, keeping us informed: providing caring concerns, observations and insight on her condition on both "good days" & "challenging days" has given us the confidence we made the right decision for our loved one. Our loved one looks forward to her daily visits from staff. ~~~~ Shout out to staff member Brittany, whose caring presence, understanding, patience and "going the extra mile" stands out. An individual who actions have demonstrated integrity, commitment, and a work ethic equaled only by a truly caring heart. ♥

I highly recommend using this agency! The owner, Kim, is in this field for the RIGHT reasons. She has a personal story to why she started this agency. Her passion stems from witnessing a family member receive compassionate care during a delicate time in her health. This drives her to combine professionalism with empathy for her own clients. This matters in this space because so many agencies don't take the care in who they hire and the integrity of their staff the way Kim does, and it shows in her team.

Kimberly Weine Home Care Agency provides exceptional care. Fortunately, no family member of mine has needed care after being discharged from the hospital, but in the event it happens, I have full confidence in the care and services offered.

A couple of my family members are aging and if they would ever require home care, I wanted to know exactly which agency would be best. So I searched the Austin area for the best care agency. After searching around, I decided the Kimberly Weine Home Care Agency will provide the best care and they will be there for us when needed.

The staff is incredibly responsive, compassionate, and communicative. More important to me, they seemed genuine.

The caregivers are professional and knowledgeable, assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Their ability to connect with patients on a personal level help them feel comfortable and valued, which is so important during such a vulnerable time. They also help with errands and grocery shopping, allowing patients to maintain some independence while ensuring their safety.
