Assisting Hands Home Care Joins Signal Centers at River City Pottery

At Assisting Hands Home Care of Chattanooga, we believe caring for others extends beyond the homes of our clients. It’s about being an active part of the community we love.

Recently, our team had the privilege of joining Signal Centers’ Adult Day Services on a field trip to River City Pottery. It was such a joy to sit alongside participants, roll up our sleeves, and get creative together. From painting pottery to sharing laughter, the day was filled with smiles, connection, and plenty of fun.

Events like this are more than just outings—they’re opportunities to bring people together, spark creativity, and encourage social engagement. For many seniors and adults with disabilities, experiences like these can boost confidence. They can also nurture friendships and create lasting memories.

We are so thankful to the wonderful staff and volunteers at Signal Centers and River City Pottery. They made this day possible. These partnerships remind us how important it is to work together in building a stronger, more connected Chattanooga community.

At Assisting Hands, we’re committed not only to providing quality care at home but also to supporting meaningful activities that enhance well-being. Whether it’s through volunteer events, caregiver support, or day-to-day assistance, we’re here to help seniors and families live life fully.
