Julia Ellis

With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare and operations coordination, I have built a career rooted in compassion, connection, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

As a Care Manager in home care, I guide individuals and families through important decisions. I ensure they receive the right care, from the right caregiver, at the right time.

As a proud Chattanooga native, I value the strong sense of community in our area. I bring that same trust and support into every care plan I create.

As a mom and wife, I understand the importance of dependable, personalized care—for both clients and their families.

I am passionate about advocating for each client’s needs and fostering strong relationships with caregivers. I deliver care that promotes comfort, safety, dignity, and peace of mind.

Every day, I am honored to help people remain independent at home and to be a steady, reliable resource for the families who place their trust in me.

Christie Smith

With more than 15 years of experience serving Veterans and private care clients, Christie Smith is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others. As the Operations Manager for Client Care and Caregiver Scheduling, she oversees client services, coordinates caregiver schedules, and works to ensure every individual receives compassionate, dependable, and personalized care.

Caring for Veterans is especially close to Christie’s heart. Coming from a proud Marine Corps family, she understands the sacrifices made by military members and their loved ones. Supporting Veterans through the VA is more than a career—it’s her calling. She is committed to honoring those who have served by helping provide the respect, dignity, and quality care they deserve.

A Georgia native, Christie was born and raised in the Peach State and is a lifelong Georgia Bulldogs fan. Fall is her favorite season, bringing football, cooler weather, and time spent outdoors.

Family is at the center of Christie’s life. She is the proud mother of two sons and three daughters, and an adoring “Granna” to her cherished grandchildren: Happy Jax, Little Pebbles, and her youngest, Little Dino. They are her greatest joy and inspiration.

When she’s away from work, Christie loves spending time in nature. You’ll often find her kayaking, hiking, enjoying the outdoors, or capturing beautiful moments through photography. She also enjoys singing, appreciates all genres of music, and has a special love for butterflies, which symbolize hope, strength, and transformation—qualities she strives to bring into both her personal and professional life.

Through compassion, integrity, and more than 15 years of experience, Christie is honored to serve clients, families, caregivers, and the Veteran community every day, helping ensure they receive the care and support they deserve.
