Shynae is the definition of a rock star. Her work ethic, heart, and attitude set the bar high—and our clients feel it. In fact, she’s one of our most requested caregivers, and it’s easy to see why. Whether she’s stepping in to help with the most challenging tasks or simply offering a kind word and a smile, Shynae brings compassion and positivity into every home she enters.

She’s gone above and beyond time and time again—not just during her shifts, but outside of them too. Shynae has personally visited clients on her own time just to make sure they’re okay. Her goal is ensuring their needs are being met. That kind of commitment and care can’t be taught—it comes from the heart.

No job is too tough, and no task too small for Shynae. She shows up with a can-do spirit and gives her all, every single day. Because of that dedication, we are thrilled to recognize her with a Caregiver of the Month award. We also present her with a special gift card as a token of our deep appreciation.
