We had an incredible time at the Health and Wellness Expo hosted by the Portsmouth Senior Activity Center on September 19th! With over 300 seniors and more than 60 vendors in attendance, it was an amazing opportunity to connect, share, and support the vibrant senior community.

It was a pleasure meeting so many of you and discussing ways to enhance health, wellness, and quality of life. Events like these remind us of the power of community, and we’re excited to continue fostering relationships and partnerships to serve our seniors better.
