I used assisted Hands Home Care Chicago to assist in the care of my loved one. Never having to navigate such services, Peter and Michael were patient, kind and supportive to my needs. Peter was honest and straightforward with their fees. They too were very accommodating to all my questions and concerns.

Assisting Hands provided just that - assistance and support following a surgery. The registration process was straightforward and easy to get started with short notice. They permit flexible scheduling without weekly minimums at competitive/fair rates. The team was friendly, responsive, and professional. They helped with caregiving tasks, light medical care, and household tasks.

We are from out of town, and used them for a family weekend event. First, Peter made it so easy for us. He was eager to help, ,responsive, and understanding of our needs. Second, Loretta was fantastic. Kind, attentive, easy, compassionate. We were amazed with the care she provided. My mother was very comfortable with her. I would highly, highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to use them again.

I highly recommend Assisting Hands Home Care to anyone in need of reliable, top-notch service at home. The staff has been incredible, and I can’t say enough good things about Ashanti in particular. She is compassionate, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and that I was comfortable.
Front office was so easy to do business and I thank them for their response times communications, and they are always available to answer questions or address concerns. The level of care and professionalism by Peter and his entire team is truly outstanding.

“Both caregivers are punctual, very engaged with all aspects of mother’s care, and her eyes light up when she sees them. She regards both as her daughters. I think she’s happier to see them than to see me! They attend to her personal care and feeding with safety and compassion. On a scale of 1 to 10, they both rate a 12!”

“Mother’s caregiver is wonderful. She’s very good to give mother personal care in a safe and caring way. She is very clean, mother is comfortable and her housekeeping is better than mine. “Right now, we have Assisting Hands. A home health care worker comes and provides hygiene, toileting, and feeding. They’re providing long-term care now. I have been happy with them. I don’t have any complaints. I have been happy with their services. They’re dependable.”
