In this capacity, she was responsible for client development and relations, employee recruitment and retention, and the management and development of in-office staff. Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in English, earned in 2003, and is known for her unwavering dedication to exceeding client expectations while building strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and employees. Outside of her professional life, Maria enjoys spending quality time with her son, husband, and extended family and friends. She is passionate about nature and finds peace in the mountains.

Rosey has always been a true “Jack of all trades” when it comes to her career. Her experience has taken her everywhere from factory work and the oil field to self-storage facilities, but her heart has always been in caring for others. With more than 15 years of caregiving experience, Rosey is passionate about supporting the elderly and individuals with disabilities and helping build strong, compassionate teams along the way.
Rosey graduated in 2011 with a degree in Criminal Justice, but she quickly realized that her true calling was serving and making a difference in her community. She brings a genuine sense of compassion and dedication to everything she does and is committed to helping ensure our clients receive the very best care possible.
Outside of work, Rosey is a devoted mother of three. She enjoys spending her free time at home with her family and cherishes the time they have together.
