I’m a PTA that will only refer Assisting Hands to my patients. Having Assisting Hands to become a part of your loved one’s life is one of the greatest gifts, it allows family members to relax and know there loved one’s are in the upmost respected company hands that goes above and beyond and care for your loved one as if they are there family. The reason I refer Assisting Hands is I have known and worked with the owner for 20 plus years Medel is a loyal and professional man whom I would only allow his company to come in and care for my loved ones! We reached out for help in the care of my mom. Medel reached out and spoke opening about what his business could provide. Even before we selected this company he went and visited my mom at the facility almost every week till discharge. He was able to visual see what her needs would be in her home. Together we worked on a plan of care to optimize what she could do.
He worked with mom to make sure she trusted the caregivers he provided. Presently mom has Aaron and Sandy who are both amazing people. It is a blessing to know mom is able to be in her own home and safe.

Our family was very pleased with the care provided to our father in his final months. Nikki and Aaron went out of their way to accommodate him. They were so caring and respectful. Also, the Alburo's (owners) were often on site and went above and beyond to assist our father according to his needs.

They have been caring and amazing. All of the caregivers have been so helpfull with my husband's care. They have encouraged him to do his exercise. I am happy with the care we are receiving.

Medel is truly an amazing person! My wife and I have known him for quite some time, and always are extremely satisfied with his work and his genuine soul! He comes from a tradition of helping elderly, and it comes deeply from his heart. The people working for his company are also very genuine and good hearted people. They go above and beyond for our care and we are so grateful for them! They are always smiling and happy to be working! We are extremely happy with the daily care we get, from people that are so patient, caring and loving!
