With over 20 years in customer service and frontline management—and more than a decade as a Senior Account Manager in construction and remodeling—I offer strong leadership, problem-solving, and client advocacy skills to home care.

My eight years as a full-time caregiver for my mother who had dementia gave me deep insight into the emotional and practical challenges families face. That experience inspired me to create a home care agency rooted in empathy, dignity, and exceptional service.

I am known for my people-first approach and sense of urgency, and am committed to meeting each client’s unique needs with compassion, creativity, and unwavering dedication.

As a proud U.S. Navy veteran with over 30 years of leadership experience in corporate and retail management, I bring a deep commitment to service, integrity, and community care. My passion for senior care is personal born from the journey of finding compassionate, reliable care for a loved one.

At Assisting Hands East Charlotte, our mission is to provide families with trusted, high-quality home care that supports independence and dignity. I’m dedicated to ensuring every client is treated with respect, empathy, and the same level of care I’d want for my own family.

I’m a Certified Nursing Assistant with a deep passion for caregiving that began when my grandmother was diagnosed with dementia. That personal experience shaped my commitment to providing compassionate, quality care to others.

Today, I’m proud to serve as the Care Coordinator for Assisting Hands East Charlotte. In my role, I specialize in thoughtfully matching clients with caregivers who meet their needs, not just clinically, but personally. I believe that the right match can make all the difference in someone’s care experience, and I’m dedicated to ensuring every family we serve feels supported and understood.
