Alejandro Pabón is the proud Owner of Assisting Hands Home Care of Marlborough. With a degree in Business Administration and an MBA, he spent eight years running logistics for his family’s business, work that taught him how much the small details matter when people are counting on you.
His path to home care started at home. Both of his grandmothers reached a point where they needed daily help and companionship, and watching his family look for someone they could truly trust showed him what a difference the right caregiver makes. That experience is what led him to open Assisting Hands in Marlborough.
Originally from Colombia and fluent in English and Spanish, Alejandro loves being part of the Marlborough and MetroWest community. He focuses on clear communication, dependable scheduling, and matching every client with a caregiver who genuinely fits, because care works best when it feels personal. Outside of work, you will usually find him with his family, out walking his pets, or playing guitar.
Alejandro believes no family should have to figure out caring for a loved one on their own, and that with the right support, people can stay right where they are happiest: at home.
