Jessica Bilyeu, Branch Manager and Oregon Administrator, leads the Fruitland administrative team with a wealth of experience in healthcare. With over 14 years of dedicated service in hospice administration, coupled with 20 years of executive assistant expertise, she brings a wealth of experience and compassion to the role.
Prior to joining Assisting Hands Home Care, Jessica spent over two decades in executive assistant roles; mastering the art of organization, communication, and problem-solving. This diverse background equipped her with a unique perspective on managing operations efficiently and effectively, ensuring seamless service delivery at every turn.
Beyond the realm of healthcare, Jessica also has experience in the hospitality industry, where she excelled in orchestrating special events, delivering unparalleled customer service. This experience instilled a keen sense of attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences for clients and their loved ones.

Angel Hinkle-Slayton
With over 22 years of unwavering commitment to the medical field in the Treasure Valley, Angel has become a cornerstone in the realm of client care. From her early days as a nursing assistant to her current role as a leader in healthcare, Angel’s journey is defined by her passion for providing compassionate support to those in need.
Armed with an associate degree in medical specialties and a wealth of hands-on experience, Angel is a versatile healthcare worker with a diverse skill set. Her certifications in behavioral health, coupled with extensive training in dementia and Alzheimer’s care, reflect her dedication to meeting the unique needs of every individual under her care.
Angel’s expertise extends beyond in-home care to encompass end-of-life support and client care coordination. Her leadership roles within the medical field attest to her ability to inspire and guide others, while her collaborative spirit makes her a valuable team member, enriching every environment she steps into.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Angel finds joy in family adventures, camping trips, and exploring the great outdoors. As a troop leader for a local Awana group and a dedicated soccer coach, she actively contributes to her community, embodying her belief in the importance of community engagement and quality care for the aged and
disabled.

Nicki Garner, RN
Registered Nurse
Nicki Garner is a Registered Nurse who brings both experience and heart to her role at Assisting Hands. Originally from a small town in Idaho, Nicki values the strong sense of community that comes with caring for others. She has been a nurse since 2008, after earning her degree from Boise State University, and has gained valuable experience across multiple areas of nursing throughout her career.
Nicki loves spending her free time with her husband and their four children, supporting them in their many activities and watching them grow as they develop their talents. She also enjoys spending time outdoors—whether paddle boarding, skiing, hiking, or tackling home projects that keep her active and creative.
Nicki’s dedication to her patients and her community reflects her genuine passion for helping others and her belief in the importance of compassionate, high-quality care.
Dolores J. Molina
Care Services Manager
Dolores is a dedicated and bilingual Care Services Manager who ensures all client visits meet state requirements in both Idaho and Oregon. She manages scheduling with great attention to detail, making sure each month’s schedule is complete and accurate. Dolores also assists with sign-ups and introductions for Spanish-speaking caregivers and clients, helping to create smooth and welcoming experiences.
Originally from Mexico, Dolores completed high school and some college before moving to the U.S. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with her family. Each spring, she and her teenagers volunteer as youth soccer coaches—a reflection of her love for teamwork and community.
Dolores finds great joy in helping those who don’t speak English, especially when she sees the gratitude and relief that come from being understood in their own language.
Yvonne Nelson
HR Hiring Manager
Yvonne serves as the HR Hiring Manager at Assisting Hands, bringing years of experience in the service industry and a passion for connecting with exceptional caregivers. She is dedicated to maintaining compliance with company policies and state regulations, ensuring that all background checks, training, and onboarding processes, meet the highest standards.
Yvonne attended Dixie State and Weber State College, where she developed a strong foundation in business and human resources. She is married and the proud mother of five children, including a daughter with autism who continues to inspire her both personally and professionally.
Yvonne’s compassionate nature and commitment to excellence help her identify caregivers who share Assisting Hands’ mission of providing quality, dependable care with dignity and respect.
