Meet the Team

Rachel Haines, Branch Manager- Nampa Office

Rachel Haines is the branch manager for our Nampa office. She joined the Assisting Hands team as a Client Care Coordinator in the spring of 2021. Prior to starting with the agency, she spent many years in the financial world working for a small credit union in Oregon. During her time in banking, she developed skills in providing excellent customer service, conflict resolution, and systematic organization. Her strong ability to understand, communicate, and empathize with clients and caregivers make her a great leader and valuable asset to the office.

Rachel loves the outdoors and enjoys camping and hiking with her husband, two daughters, and two golden retrievers. She also is a big fan of true crime, interior design, baking, red wine, and cuddling with her cat.

Becca Fallon, RN - Nampa Office

Becca Fallon, a southern California native, received her education from San Bernardino Valley College and California State University. Her enthusiasm for nursing stems from a profound appreciation for the human body’s intricate precision and the necessity of all its components working together for optimal health. Becca finds her greatest fulfillment in connecting with our clients, learning about their unique health journeys, advocating for their needs, and providing dedicated support to enhance their overall well-being.

Becca leads an active and creative life, successfully managing professional responsibilities alongside a variety of personal interests. She teaches yoga, takes adult ballet classes, and enjoys designing digital family yearbooks. She lives on a five-acre mini-farm with her husband and four children, where they care for a variety of animals, including cats, dogs, chickens, pigs, and cows. The family enjoys outdoor adventures such as camping, paddleboarding, and kayaking, as well as playing board games and watching football together.

Wendy Taylor, Client Relations Specialist - Nampa Office

Seasoned in the field, our Client Relations Specialist, Wendy Taylor, has over 25 years of experience in the care industry. Through managing a group home for disabled adults and pouring her heart into the lives of children in the school system, she has acquired a deep understanding of the importance and necessity of supporting the impaired. Her attentiveness, patience, and authenticity lend to the personalization in the individualized services we are honored to offer.

Wendy attended Eugene Bible College in Oregon and went on to get her Masters of Divinity from Kings College and Seminary. With a heart to serve, she leads a women’s group for survivors of abuse and is very active in her home church. She enjoys spending time with friends, going to concerts, crafting, watching comedy and action movies, and loving on her two dogs.

Stephanie Pantoja, Care Team Support Specialist - Nampa Office

Stephanie Pantoja began her employment with the agency in the spring of 2024. Bright and determined, she is committed to helping Assisting Hands’ clients to stay safe and comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. Both in her role as a direct care staff and continuing as she transitioned into the office, she is attentive to the many moving parts of our agency that are crucial for facilitating this opportunity. Inspired by her mother who works in healthcare, Stephanie has a heart for taking great care of people.
 
Stephanie grew up in eastern Oregon and studied at Treasure Valley Community College before moving to Idaho where she began working in childcare. Always up for adventure, Stephanie enjoys trying out new foods, exploring different hiking spots, and visiting amusement parks. She adores water activities, indulging in her favorite TV shows, taking family vacations, and time spent with friends.
