Rachel Haines is the branch manager for our Nampa office. She joined the Assisting Hands team as a Client Care Coordinator in the spring of 2021. Prior to starting with the agency, she spent many years in the financial world working for a small credit union in Oregon. During her time in banking, she developed skills in providing excellent customer service, conflict resolution, and systematic organization. Her strong ability to understand, communicate, and empathize with clients and caregivers make her a great leader and valuable asset to the office.
Rachel loves the outdoors and enjoys camping and hiking with her husband, two daughters, and two golden retrievers. She also is a big fan of true crime, interior design, baking, red wine, and cuddling with her cat.


Seasoned in the field, our Client Relations Specialist, Wendy Taylor, has over 25 years of experience in the care industry. Through managing a group home for disabled adults and pouring her heart into the lives of children in the school system, she has acquired a deep understanding of the importance and necessity of supporting the impaired. Her attentiveness, patience, and authenticity lend to the personalization in the individualized services we are honored to offer.
Stephanie Pantoja began her employment with the agency in the spring of 2024. Bright and determined, she is committed to helping Assisting Hands’ clients to stay safe and comfortable in their homes for as long as possible
