Rachel Haines is the branch manager for our Nampa office. She joined the Assisting Hands team as a Client Care Coordinator in the spring of 2021. Prior to starting with the agency, she spent many years in the financial world working for a small credit union in Oregon. During her time in banking, she developed skills in providing excellent customer service, conflict resolution, and systematic organization. Her strong ability to understand, communicate, and empathize with clients and caregivers make her a great leader and valuable asset to the office.
Rachel loves the outdoors and enjoys camping and hiking with her husband, two daughters, Wirehaired Pointing Griffon, and Golden Retriever. She also is a big fan of true crime, interior design, baking, red wine, and cuddling with her cat.
