Wow what a year…2020 was certainly a wild ride! #CovidCoaster Ride. Never before has it been more apparently illustrated just how much seniors need compassionate assistance in order to live their best life possible.
Leadership team of Assisting Hands.
It takes a very special person with a heart of service to others to dedicate their time and talents to serving seniors in a “normal world”…add a global pandemic with many unknowns and the best of the best did not hesitate to step up and shine with heart and empathy.
We have always known that our Care team is the core of the success of our mission to serve seniors. Thru 2020, time and again this was illustrated when the seniors receiving care by our staff fared far better than those seniors who were isolated and declined both physically and emotionally.
When asked why our care team chose to be caregivers in these trying times, the answers which were repeatedly voiced were, “I get to make a difference in the life of a senior”…”I do it to see the smile on their face”… “I do it because I know that no one should be alone and everyone deserves dignity”.
We applaud and are ever grateful for the caring dedicated “Angels among us”…our caregivers!
