2017 is starting off with a bang in the Assisting Hands office! I’m excited to announce two promotions.
Jessica Sells, who has been our Client Care Coordinator and Scheduler since early 2016 has been promoted to Office Manager. Jessica has shown to be a true asset to the agency. She has taken on greater responsibilities and organized our office well. She is devoted to our clients and takes a genuine concern in their wellbeing. She’s a joy to talk with on the phone, and all the caregivers appreciate her warm welcome when they stop by the office. In this new role, she’ll continue to supervise the caregiving and office staff at Assisting Hands while taking on Quality Assurance and Recruiting responsibilities.
Shauna Jernigan joined Assisting Hands in 2015. This past year, she came into the office to help us as the business grew and became our Office Assistant. She has been a great help organizing and taken on new responsibilities in scheduling. As a caregiver, she understands the challenges that go with being a good aide to our clients. I am excited to promote her to Client Care Coordinator. She will responsible for all client & caregiver schedules.
Please join me in congratulating these two amazing ladies. We are truly blessed to have them as part of the Assisting Hands team serving Pinellas County!
