About This Event

Falls are one of the leading causes of injury among older adults, but many falls can be prevented with the right knowledge, exercises, and therapy. Join Assisting Hands Home Care for a free educational seminar focused on improving balance, stability, and mobility to help seniors live safer, more independent lives.

This informative session features rehabilitation professionals who will discuss how physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy (OT) work together to reduce fall risk, improve strength and coordination, and promote safer movement. Attendees will gain practical strategies that can be applied at home to enhance balance and prevent injuries.
