We would like to announce our caregiver of the month for the month of August: Nicole!!! With 15 years of caregiving experience, she has been with Assisting Hands for over a year and is fully dedicated to her clients. She originally became a caregiver to take care of adults and children with developmental disabilities to gain more experience in caring for her son, who also has developmental disabilities, and to be an advocate for that community.

About Nicole

Nicole finds that being a caregiver is so rewarding and fulfilling, saying being able to help someone who cannot do something on their own gives her a sense of purpose. When Nicole is not working, she enjoys baking, spending quality time with her children, and painting. She hopes to go back to school soon for nursing and would love to open her own home health business. Please join us in congratulating Nicole on her well-deserved accomplishment!
