This month’s Caregiver of the Month award goes to Maritza Diaz! Maritza has been a wonderful caregiver on our team here at Assisting Hands Schaumburg/Park Ridge. Her compassion shines through on a daily with her clients and anyone she interacts with.
About Maritza
Maritza has been a caregiver for 18 years. She has a true passion for caring for others and is highly experienced with a range of things such as working with client who have had strokes, Dementia, and people of different age groups. The thing she loves most about this line of work is simply just helping them and making sure all her client’s needs are fulfilled.
Outside of work Maritza enjoys cooking, baking, and shopping. She also enjoys listening to music and looking at fashion magazines. In the future, Maritza would like to be in involved with doing client home assessments for those in need of help and continue to advocate for the elderly. We are happy to have Maritza apart of the Assisting Hands team. Congratulations on your nomination for December Caregiver of the Month.
