This type of coverage is unique in that it doesn’t pay medical professionals directly; it pays cash directly to the policy holder.
About the Medical Coverage with Aflac
One of the many benefits of Aflac is that it pays you directly after signing a plan. If you choose, you can spend the money on non-medical expenses like rent/mortgage, groceries, electric bills, etc. This plan offers a “helping hand” in that it helps cover the necessities.
The prices per plan start at $4 – $10 each paycheck with the option to add children and spouses. There are a variety of programs available on a voluntary basis, allowing you to choose the plan for your family. All of the current programs are offered below:
- Short Term Disability
- Accident
- Hospital
- Critical Care
- Cancer Care
- Life Insurance, Dental, Vision
