Assisting Hands Home Care and the Schaumburg Police Department recently put on a free presentation that provided personal safety tips for senior citizens.

The event was held on the morning of Tuesday, October 9 at the Schaumburg Township District Library.

Improving Security Awareness for Seniors

As part of the event, community representatives offered valuable information about personal safety, and members of the Schaumburg Police Department provided tips to help improve senior citizens’ security awareness. The event also included refreshments and raffle prizes.

Many caregivers and family members of senior citizens attended this event.
