CNA And HHA Caregivers Wanted in Sarasota, FL

✅ One-on-one care (providing care to one client at a time)

✅ Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming

✅ Provide companionship and emotional support

✅ Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping

✅ Assist with mobility and daily living activities

✅ Run errands

✅ Safely transport clients to appointments, activities, and other assigned destinations as needed.

✅ Observe and report changes in clients’ condition

✅ Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition

✅ Remind clients to take medications as directed (non-medication administration)

✅ Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

✅ Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

✅ Current CNA or HHA 75-Hour certification (as required by state regulations)

✅ Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

✅ Current CPR and First Aid certifications

✅ Ability to pass a background check (Level II)

✅ Authorized to work in the U.S.

✅ Compassionate, dependable, and professional

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Previous home care, assisted living, or nursing facility experience is preferred but not required
