Michelle blends her nursing expertise with a servant hearted approach. She believes deeply in honoring each person’s story and creating a place where clients can remain surrounded by the memories and comforts that matter most.
More than 20 years of experience across clinical care, healthcare technology, and business operations have given Michelle a very unique leadership perspective. She is committed to fostering a culture rooted in respect, encouragement, and genuine connection where safety, highly personalized care, and human dignity are at the center of every decision.
Caring for others has always been an important part of Kendra’s life. She comes from a large family, many of whom work in the medical field, and has been especially inspired by her mother and grandmother’s years of work in senior care. Her grandparents are incredibly special to her and have played a significant role in shaping her perspective.
