Meet the Team

Mindy Tracy – Co-Manager

I am an assistant office manager with Assisting Hands Home Care, in Salmon, Idaho.  I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for over 25 years.

It is very important to me that our clients remain as active and independent as possible throughout their lives and into their later years.  I enjoy working with and helping people get the care they need from the comfort of their homes. I strive to provide the best care possible to our clients each and every day.

I have lived in Salmon all of my life.  My husband of 30 years and I have 4 grown children and several grandchildren. I am very active and I enjoy a variety of activities and hobbies both indoors (crocheting, knitting, oil painting) and outdoors (arrowhead hunting and horn hunting, hiking, horseback riding, and rodeos).  I also belong to a bowling league and we travel all over Idaho for tournaments, which I really enjoy.

Summer Isabell – Co-Manager

My Name is Summer Isbell, I started with Assisting Hands Home Care in 2019 as a caregiver in Salmon Idaho. In 2022, I was offered and accepted the position of Co – Branch Manager at the Salmon office .I am an empathetic person with an innate ability for helping people. Working with Assisting Hands Home Care provides me with the opportunity to follow my passion in life, which is caring for and helping people. As co-branch manager, I am here to help and serve the needs of existing and new clients to provide the highest level of service possible. It is also my job to provide our existing and future caregivers with continuing opportunities to assist our clients and meet their needs. A little about myself, I was born and raised in North Idaho. I have lived in Leadore Idaho since 2016. I enjoy the outdoors, fishing, hunting, rock hunting and playing corn hole with family and friends.
