We are proud to recognize Shenesa as our July Caregiver of the Month. Shenesa is a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) who joined our agency in January 2024. Shenesa has been a Caregiver for many years and is universally loved by all of her Clients. In fact, a Client that had worked with Shenesa at a different agency approached Assisting Hands when he learned that she had joined our team. Common compliments for Shenesa mention her patience, thoroughness, hardworking nature, compassion, reliability, attention to detail, and caring nature. Shenesa is always willing to cover open shifts, and steps up whenever needed. Recently a rehab facility where Shenesa was working with a Client recognized how great her care was and recommended Assisting Hands to another resident’s family who was also looking to add a private caregiver to augment the care provided by the facility. What a great compliment to Shenesa as well as our entire agency. We are so happy to have Shenesa as a valued member of our Assisting Hands family.
